management of properties, equipment, people and costs.
The system allows
you to hold your service provider accountable by providing an objective,
transparent measure of service quality.
If a provider is dispatched to make a repair and the Equipment or Energy
Analytics continues to trigger the same fault, you will know that the repair was
done improperly or not at all.

Framework’s Service Provider Accountability function is flexible and easily
adapts to fit Resolute Investments’ unique needs, and we work with you to
develop the ideal process. Key
components include determining work order flow, cost management procedures and
an appropriate approval process.
Sample
process:
Upon receiving a
fault verification from Equipment Analytics or Energy Analytics, a work order is
dispatched via email to the site-specific HVAC service provider and/or
maintenance staff. Staff can
also initiate a work order manually should the need arise.
The site-specific
HVAC service provider responds to the work order based upon the terms of their
service agreement. CW Industries is
available for support by phone and remote access as
needed.
The work order
generated by the system is closed out at the time the invoice is
approved.
