Objective:

The goal of good energy management is to align energy consumption with need.

Solution:

A revenue-grade meter is utilized to monitor total building electrical usage.  Electrical amperage for heating pumps, air handling units, cooling and lights are independently monitored.   Energy baselines are automatically established using data mining through outside air temperatures of -10° to 105° Fahrenheit. 

All equipment will be operated in a manner to reduce energy consumption while maintaining comfort levels.  When a deviation from the norm is identified, a work order is automatically dispatched.
