Solution:

Facility Framework’s Document Control Center addresses this problem by acting as a digital central repository for all information about your facility.  Your staff will have ready access to drawings, user manuals, troubleshooting videos and contact information. 

While the focus is primarily on mechanical equipment information, the Document Control Center can easily include information about additional systems and items.  This allows your staff to easily find information about dissimilar items such as which replacement filters to purchase or how to maintain the conference room table. 

A key part of the document control center is a video library.  These videos demonstrate the location of various equipment, components and operation of override capabilities. 

User and maintenance manuals for your primary mechanical equipment will be obtained or scanned for inclusion in the document control center.

Contact information can be compiled and added.
