Scenario 1 – We have had a busy year with a very small staff. Consequently, not all of the needed items for the projects have been completed. You are unfamiliar with the project coordination procedures or our graphical design program. You have 30 days to get up to speed and fix what is broken. How do you proceed? What resources will you need?

Scenario 2 – Needed project information is not being turned in by employees. These items are needed to complete the job and receive payment. What are the steps you would take to rectify this problem?

Scenario 3 – We pursue jobs with national customers and need a variety of licenses and permits to begin and complete our jobs. Where will you go to gather your data and ensure that all needed permits and licensures are completed and up to date?

Scenario 4 – We recently standardized our graphical packages for customers and need to insure that every customer receives a “standard” graphical package.  You know very little about the equipment depicted in the graphics and the accuracy of the depiction is very important. How will you ensure accuracy?

Scenario 5 –  We receive service calls on a daily basis. We only have 3 service techs and only 2 that can go on site. How would you present the possibility of having to wait for service to an agitated customer? How would you help schedule the techs?

Scenario 6– Having a live person answer the phone is highly important. You will be very busy and doing work that requires a large amount of concentration. How will you juggle answering the phones and returning to a project?
